Who is eligible:

Corporations, small businesses, church groups, neighborhood associations, any and all groups or organizations.

Topics:

I specialize in educating potential buyers and sellers regarding market data and investment so as to maximize their real estate earning potential. I can also include any topics from the current mortgage crisis to foreclosures to the buying and selling process. I do take requests submitted by organizations so if you have a specific topic of interest feel free to let me know and I am more than willing to work with you on that.

Outline:

Seminars usually last anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour as I am flexible to the needs of your organization. Information will be presented with a question and answer session to follow. Interaction and participation is encouraged.
